Return Policy
We want you to be confident in your purchase of Plur. Returns are accepted within 15 days of the original purchase date, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
For health and safety reasons, opened jars cannot be returned or refunded.
To request a return, please contact Pürvie Lab with your order information. Approved returns must be received in their original condition before a refund can be issued. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Pürvie Lab within 15 days of delivery. Please include your order number and, when applicable, photographs showing the damage or issue.
Once verified, Pürvie Lab will, at its discretion, provide a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you. Pürvie Lab will cover any applicable return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products.
Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the original payment method.
